Codes expire 24 hours after they're created. Ask the sender for a new one if yours doesn't work.
When you plug in your Hark, it creates a temporary Wi-Fi network called Hark-Setup-XXXX. Join it from your phone's Wi-Fi settings, then come back here.
Once joined, your Hark will show a 6-digit code on its display. You'll confirm the code on the next screen.
Look at your Hark's display. If the numbers match, tap Confirm.
